While we do not accept returns for reasons such as change of mind or general dissatisfaction, we offer a clear return and refund process for items that are damaged, defective, or incorrect, ensuring your peace of mind. Please note that we do not offer exchanges or order cancellations.
  2. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  •  Return request must be initiated within 3 days of delivery.
  •  The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.
  •  A clear unboxing video is mandatory as proof, recorded in one continuous shot without any cuts or pauses.

Note:
Returns will not be accepted for:

  • Customized or stitched sarees
  • Sarees purchased under clearance or final sale
  • Minor color differences due to screen settings
  1. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Email us at ishvari.womens.world@gmail.com or WhatsApp at +919940663788 with your Order ID and reason for return.
  2. Share clear images of the product (showing defects or mismatch, if any).
  3. Our support team will respond within 2448 hours with further instructions.

Once approved, ship the product to the return address provided. We recommend using a trackable courier service.  

  1. Return Shipping
  • If the return is due to our error (wrong/damaged item), we will cover the return shipping cost.
  1. Refund Policy

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will:

  • Notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund
  • Process refunds within 710 business days after approval

Refunds will be made via:

  • Original mode of payment (UPI, card, net banking), or
  • Store credit, as per customer preference
  1. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  • First, check your bank account or payment app
  • Then contact your payment provider, as processing time may vary

    We do not offer exchanges. If the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect, you may request a return and refund as per our return policy
